From a feasibility study to help writing a brief, we can take you right from the start to putting the keys to your completed project in your hands.

After a free initial consultation and successful appointment we will proceed to produce sketch schemes for client approval and comment. Only when we have a scheme that you are completely happy with do we proceed to making a planning application.

Once successful, we proceed to produce construction drawings for building regulation approval. This also enables our clients to contact contractors and get accurate quotes for the work. We can assist you with tendering your project. Once works start on site we can monitor the contract, make periodic visual inspections or just be on the end of the phone to help when needed.
